What data we process
This is a static website and it does not contain any data collection forms. We process:
- browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, date and time, requested page. This is logged automatically by the systems hosting the site to ensure its security and operation;
- data you voluntarily send by writing to the email address provided: email address, name and content of the message.
Purposes and legal bases
- replying to your requests and managing correspondence — Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR;
- ensuring the security and proper operation of the site — Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest);
- complying with any legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c).
Cookies
This site does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools. It does not load fonts, scripts, maps or images from third-party services: all content is hosted on the same domain. Any technical cookies set by the hosting provider to secure the connection are necessary for the site to work and do not require consent.
Recipients of the data
Data may be processed by providers acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, DNS management and email routing;
- Google — the mailbox that receives emails sent to the address provided.
Any transfers to countries outside the EU are based on standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data is not sold or disclosed.
Retention
Emails are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any related obligations. Technical browsing data is retained according to the hosting provider's policies.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability at any time by writing to info@marcogiardinamusic.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
